We are pleased to announce our 2020 Body Map 360 90 day challenge. It is complete with CASH prizes for the winners and even a category for the best Journey. We are really excited to see the greater Sacramento areas success using Body Map 360 DEXA Scans.
Anyone who gets a DXA scan after January 1st 2020 is entered, there are no entry fees so we encourage you to get scanned and enter. You need to do three things to be entered.
- Get your 2020 Baseline DEXA Scan done with us.
- Snap before pictures, a plain background is best.
- Get your follow up DEXA Scan No more than 90 days later.
The Challenge starts January 1, 2020 and ends April 30, 2020. You can get your baseline DXA scan at any time however the maximum time allowed between your initial scan and your challenge scan is 90 days. Your DEXA scan can take place at any of our Greater Sacramento locations.
There several categories, Most body fat percentage change, Most lean tissue added, and most inspiring journey. A person could win in multiple categories.
Most Body Fat % Lost:
This category is simply the percentage of body fat lost. Example: If your baseline scan has a body fat percentage of 39% and your Challenge scan has a body fat percentage of 29 % your change is 10 %.

Most Lean Tissue Added:
This category is the amount of lean tissue added in pounds. Example: If your baseline scan measures you at 125.0 Lbs of lean tissue mass and your challenge scan has 145.0 lbs of lean tissue mass your gain is 20.0 lbs of lean tissue.

Most Inspiring Journey:
This category is for the person who makes the biggest breakthrough, overcomes adversity, has the best attitude and gives it their all. This category requires you to use #bodymap360 in social media so that the body map crew can see how you are doing we will be choosing the most inspiring journey based solely on our opinion of the journey that promotes the core values that body map 360 was founded on. Our simple goal from the beginning has been to promote health and wellness to the entire community.
The winner in this category will receive 4 FREE scans.
